SalesMgr helps you classify clients and track the sales process,
from the beginning of the sales lead to the close of the sale.
Recall dates (tickler file) help insure appointments are kept and
reminds you to follow up on sales proposals. Specific documents and
quotes can be associated with each client, and retrieved with the
click of a mouse, utilizing your favorite word processor. A
customized appointment scheduler is provided by user-defined setup

balances for easy statement reconcillation. Entries may be
classified by G/L Account and type. BankRec interfaces with AcctPro

Inventory Control ($599), can be used stand alone, integrates
with AcctPro Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Provides 10
different price levels that will work from cost (markup) or SRP
(discount), for each item. Smart-lookups are used to quickly locate
items in large inventory files. Supports multiple item numbers, with
different vendors, different costs and selling prices. Integrates
with a cross-reference and substitution database. Supports multiple
locations (MIL). Links with Labor Code file which provides user with
the ability to create service packages tied to service personnel

Teacher's Pet K-3 Simple Math Tutor. (FREE) This program is for K-3
and is used to train using simple addition, subtraction, multiplication,
and division problems. Setup options allow parent or teacher to
determine the level of difficulty.
Resident Billing Software for Retirement Centers, tracks charges, credits,
rebates, and refunds for residents. Reports can be generated on any date range,
a single resident or all residents. Monthly fees are posted as charges to all residents
with the click of a button. Mid-month charges and other charges may be posted,
as needed. Credits may be entered and applied to charges at any time. A special
routine automatically locates unused credits
and applies them to outstanding invoices (charges), with no user input. Rebates
are easily created, as the resident's current unused credits are listed on a special screen, designed for simple and quick data entry.
Posted credits are linked to a deposit file for cross-referencing and auditing.
Users can quickly verify and reconcile deposits. The transaction report lists previous balance, charges, credits, rebates, refunds, and resident's balance, as of the ending date for the report. This means, in December, you can generate a report for the previous January. You can also generate a report for the entire year, just as easily.
Our Resident Billing package is designed as a tool to automate the billing, apply credits, and provide accountability for the revenue received from residents and direct resident cost (refunds and rebates).
