TopSpeed offers modules and routines that enhance and extend the features of AcctPro and DieselPro. This package is configured per customer's requirements and priced accordingly. Users benefit by only purchasing the software tools necessary for their operation. This saves considerable time, energy, minimizes network resource requirements, and lowers initial and long-term support cost. Work the way you want to work.

Inventory pricing is controlled with 10 different price levels, user-defined. Users control pricing with markups from cost, discounts from SRP, fixed pricing, or fixed markups. Pricing methods may be mixed at the individual inventory item level. Custom price update routines save hundreds of manhours updating inventory files. Manufacturer price update routines are added to the system as requested. Correct pricing helps to insure profitability at the bottom line.

Core Tracking helps insure cores are returned and credit has been received. As the cost of shipping increases, this is more important that ever and helps insure profitibility. DieselPro tracks cores from the source to the vendor credit invoice number.

Shop Work Orders may be held open for an indefinite period. Unlike software that forces you to close periods, accounting periods do not have to be closed with DieselPro. Users determine whether inventory is relieved when the work order is finished or when the items are placed on the work orders.

Vehicle Service History is maintained via a unique VIN number. If a vehicle or piece of equipment is transferred to another owner, service history is kept intact.

Technician Time is tracked for labor tasks. This becomes the basis for the line-item cost, completely independently of the selling price to the customer.

Shop Performance is analyzed with built-in reports that compare technician times for labor task as well as dollar sales amounts, within user-determined date ranges.

Reports to determine the fastest moving inventory items, your most profitable customers, as well as your slow-paying customers help owners tweak how they do business, for each specific customer.

Purchase Orders are automatically created from a special PO report. Inventory min and max levels determine the items, vendors, and quantities needed.

Check Writing eliminates the need to manually calculate A/P Invoices to pay. Users easily choose the invoices, check the total amounts per vendor, make adjustments, all before committing to the printer. Mistakes and errors are simply reversed and re-done.
